HEAL YEG has partnered up with motionball for our inaugural motionBOWL bowling tournament on Thursday, June 22, hosted at Plaza Bowling Co.!
The tournament will consist of 24 teams of four to compete for the trophy and grand prize provided by our sponsors, in support of Special Olympic athletes through motionball. We encourage all teams to dress up in a theme to be entered into the contest for best costume award!
motionball is a not-for-profit organization that empowers young Canadians to be leaders in their communities, raising funds and awareness for Special Olympics so that individuals with intellectual disabilities can lead happier, healthier lives. Their mandate is to introduce the next generation of Canadian professionals and university students to the Special Olympics movement through integrated social and sporting events, creating relevant, meaningful experiences that help bring the fun back into giving.
The tournament will include prizes, a raffle draw, a 50/50 draw, live DJ’s, and much more!
The official after-party will be hosted by our great friends at The Cabin Pub + Party
